Cancellation: The cancellation process is subject to “ if applicable” conditions. Before the initiation of the project, clients are eligible for refund including the deduction of processing fee.
Cancellation and Refund: On-demand services may be acquired at www. infogentech.com. Since these services are provided on-demand, www. inforgentech.com regrets that it is unable to cancel orders, accept returns, or provide refunds. Anyone can use our platform for services which we are offering. Individual material is not reviewed or monitored by our personnel prior to being published on our website. If you receive a product with a production problem (missing pages, ripped corners, etc.), www.inforgentech.com will provide you a new copy. Kindly notify Infogentech via email with your order number and the discovered problem in your purchase.
Cancellation of Services:Prior to the start of the website design or development process or any service initiation, clients are free to terminate services at any moment. Clients who wish to terminate services must tell us in writing by email or by completing the appropriate cancellation notice form on our website. In case the project ends because of external circumstances, there won't be a reimbursement.
Refund Eligibility: Before the project is finished, full or partial refunds can be possible based on prior discussion. The refund will be given if the cancellation request is filed before any work has started. There will be no compensation for work that has started but not been finished.
Non-Refundable Items:Infogentech will not reimburse for any expenses it pays to third parties (such as domain purchases or stock photo licensing) throughout the project.
Delay in Service:Infogentech.com will not be responsible to provide access in these circumstances and any loss or liability due to direct or indirect interruption due to electronic or mechanical failure, Strikes, Weather, Natural Disaster, Defects, Act of God, armed conflicts, war, fire or armed conflicts.
Modifications to the Policy: We maintain the right, at any time and without previous notice, to change or amend this policy. Any modifications will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website.
Authority:This agreement's provisions are only governed by and subject to Indian law. By using this website, you agree that Delhi, India will be the only forum for courts to hear disputes arising from or connected to the use of www.infogentech.com. Any jurisdiction that does not already apply to all of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph, is not permitted to use infogentech.com.
